My background includes an Electrical & Computer Engineering Major, Computer Science Major, and several years of experience in customer service, relating to computers.

Some of the common issues that I handle are general computer troubleshooting, one-on-one training, and computer setup.  A lot of my customers keep a running list of questions, then have me come over and take care of the list.
